Frequently Asked Question

In Dayagreen, we accept these as payment method :

-Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, Permata, BRI)

-QRIS -E Wallet (OVO, Link Aja, Shopee, Dana)

In Dayagreen, All Top-up Fee is free, but the minimum Top-Up is Rp 30.000

For now, you cannot request a refund. If you still have remaining balance in your account, you can use it to charge your EV in Dayagreen's Charging Station
